SALES GO THROUGH THE ROOF FOR BEENY'S SELLING HOUSES WITH PASSION DISTRIBUTION
27th November, 2012 - Passion Distribution has announced a raft of sales for Reef Television's primetime property show with a twist, SARAH BEENY'S SELLING HOUSES series 1 & 2 (20 x 60'), which is currently broadcasting on Channel 4.
The show, which is also available as a format, sees well-known property expert, Sarah Beeny, give three homeowners desperate to sell, the chance to size up their rivals' properties. She then offers them all expert advice, a thousand pounds and a week to give their homes a makeover before they go head-to-head in an attempt to sell their newly improved properties.
Territory sales include Australia (XYZ), New Zealand (Top TV), Belgium (VMMA) and the Netherlands (SBS), with deals also being concluded for the show in Sweden andNorway. The format rights have been optioned in the U.S. by Fishbowl Worldwide Media who are finalising a deal.
