PASSION DISTRIBUTION RUNS FAST WITH OSCAR PISTORIUS DOCUMENTARY SALES!
14th March, 2013 - Passion Distribution’s fast turnaround documentary special focusing on the world’s most famous paralympian, Oscar Pistorius, and his fall from grace, premiered on 12th March to ratings of 1.2 million. It is the highest rating current affairs documentary ever on BBC3 and has sold into 116 territories since Mentorn Media announced its production two weeks ago. The news that the famous athlete and role model, Oscar Pistorius, had killed his beautiful model and TV star girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, shocked the world. She was tragically shot by Pistorius four times at the athlete’s home on Valentine’s Day. He has subsequently been charged with the premeditated murder of Reeva, but has continually claimed that he mistook her for an intruder and it was all a terrible accident. This gripping and revealing documentary features never before seen footage, exclusive interviews and access to those closest to Reeva, including her best friend, Gina Myers.
