London, Tuesday 7th April 2015: Passion Distribution is pleased to announce that it will be bringing over 100 hours of programming from The Weather Channel to MIPTV as part of Passion Distribution's exclusive distribution deal with the US broadcaster.
Brand new factual titles include BRAINSTORMERS (8 x 60’), 3 SCIENTISTS WALK INTO A BAR (8 x 60’) and WEATHER GONE VIRAL (8 x 60’).
BRAINSTORMERS, from the producer of Pawn Stars and Hoarders, centres on three Colorado based, backyard geniuses who are on a quest to build and test inventions that fight bad weather and harness its power for everyday use.
In 3 SCIENTISTS WALK INTO A BAR through a series of interactive games and experiments, the hosts put the viewer’s natural intelligence to the test to help answer questions about the world around us.
WEATHER GONE VIRAL unveils dramatic, funny and unbelievable clips that show how insane meteorological moments from around the world affect regular people, from a tough day at the office to vacations from hell to weather ruining an entire wedding ceremony.
