Jamie has put together a new team of top-notch designers, horticulturists and contractors. They're thrilled to be working with a world-class visionary, but can they keep their jobs? Jamie is constantly finding inspiration on his travels but with so many ideas, he has trouble always
conveying them to his new team, who don’t always understand where he’s coming from.

Jamie's demand for perfection can be intense, and he will put his new recruits through the ringer. The challenges come fast and furious like creating an ultra-hip Thai meditation room complete with koi pond, but on a 45 degree angle on the side of hill! With a boss who won't take "no" for an answer, the team work tirelessly to create outdoor rooms from very ugly outdoor spaces and deliver their master’s vision.
